To Alamgang reporters, i wanna highlight this serious societal and economical issue which will affect the life of coffee drinker and roti eater.
Visited this famous coffee shop in Alamgang's territory recently and kena shocked by the coffee, food and service there. No other words, let see the pictures....
Picture 1. The roti bakar with very "generous" butter and kaya spread inside. i oso discovered sth more geng than "discovery channel" 1, i open each slice and check, and found out that i m lucky enuf because i got 2 pieces got 3 lines of butter.
Picture 2. Shocking!!! Coffee cup is just 1" higher than black soysauce!! Is nowadays soysauce bottle getting bigger? dun forget the soysauce is without ice 1 ar...i oni can say it is really "Today is not like Yesterday".
Picture 3. In this picture, u can't see what is unusual, but i hope u can feel it. Because only the "decapitator"(my Bee) know the feeling. From my personal point of view when seeing she cutting the meat, it looks like she is cutting few fried stones. Also, remember "dun judge a book by it's cover"(sometimes a lousy book got a nice design cover also), because the meat and fries are not hot at all.
Don't u think that's the end of it leh. There is 1 more unsatisfactory experience, which is the service/waitress. After my Bee and i sit down and tick the order sheet, nobody wants to get it from me 1, i have to go to the waitress oni she will take my order. When my peanut butter toast served (not in picture) by the same waitress, no fork and knife to be served together 1. walao eh, wan me to eat with my hands meh...then ok lo, i took the fork by myself. After a while, my Bee's fried chicken and fries served by the same waitress again, oso without fork and knife leh!! is it follow KFC style now? wan us to eat with fingers?
After saw the food and experienced the service, i asked myself "how leh?? how to pay leh?" haih..no matter how, still need to pay $$ lah, who ask me is a educated and civilized person leh. (but my Bee and me decided not to visit there anymore lah.)

where you are complainning, we experienced few times there also, it is very bad and bad and continue worse until now WORST services and product.
Anyway, there is a place u can go to complainning and remind everyone to prevent them to go that "black shop / hak dim / hei dian" .

yo. maybe the original owner for that branch oledi earn back the franchise fee and got profit, then sold it to other new owner.
